At Your Disposal (AYD) Waste Services, an Austin, Texas, dumpster rental and construction recycling company, announced today that it has signed 11 new waste management contracts with seven different businesses in the Austin area.
Three of the contracts are with Precision Demolition, to provide waste collection and hauling at these job sites: at Austin–Bergstrom International Airport (ABIA) during its roof demolition, at Dell’s corporate offices in Round Rock to prepare the interior for remodeling, and at the demolition of the South Congress Omni Hotel. For the ABIA and Dell demolitions, AYD is supplying three 40-yard dumpsters at both of these job sites, with daily hauling throughout the demolition process. At the Omni Hotel demolition, AYD has placed one 20-yard roll-off dumpster on-site, and more will be ordered as the project progresses.
Two of the contracts are with landscaping companies. AYD signed a five-year contract with Countryside Nursery and Landscapes to service its retail store at 13292 Pond Springs Road #A, in Austin. AYD is supplying one 20-yard dumpster at this location for trash and two 40-yard dumpsters for brush and landscape recycling, with twice-weekly hauling.
Ruppert Landscape signed a contract with AYD to provide waste management as it landscapes the newly-developed Mueller Lake Park in central Austin. AYD has placed one 40-yard roll-off dumpster at the park for brush and landscape materials, and another 40-yard dumpster for trash. AYD will be providing regular waste collection and hauling throughout the landscaping project.
Sage Commercial Group, LLC, contracted with AYD during its construction of a new Wells Fargo Bank in Austin. Two 40-yard roll-off dumpsters have been placed on this site.
Another construction company, EBCO General Contractor, Ltd., enlisted AYD’s services during its construction of a new Hat Creek Burger Company in Buda, Texas. AYD has placed one 40-yard roll-off dumpster at this location.
“Both the Wells Fargo and Hat Creek Burger Company projects are LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) – certified jobs,” noted Chuck Herb, owner of AYD Waste Services. “This is a designation for buildings that are designed, built and operated in a way so as to minimize non-renewable energy use and reduce water usage, while providing a healthy setting in which to work or live.”
A third construction company, Balfour Beatty, signed two contracts with AYD: to provide waste hauling services for the interior remodeling project of Decker Middle School in Austin, and during the interior remodel of Manor Middle School in Manor, Texas. AYD is providing one 20-yard roll-off dumpster at each school.
The last two of AYD’s recent contracts are with Texas Roofing Company. AYD is supplying one 30-yard roll-off dumpster at Woodlawn Baptist Church in Austin, where Texas Roofing Company is putting on a new roof. The second contract is to provide a 30-yard dumpster on a permanent basis at Texas Roofing Company’s headquarters in Georgetown, along with weekly trash pickup and hauling.
“We’re keeping really busy, and we couldn’t be more thrilled,” Herb said. “Austin’s growth spurt is still going fairly strong. We’re seeing a lot of new construction, building and remodeling projects all across the Austin metro area, which means there’s always the need for waste hauling and recycling.
