A LEED-certified upscale condominium tower is currently under construction, with recycling and waste management services provided by Austin dumpster rental company, AYD Waste Services.
In recent years, Austin, Texas has been undergoing an ongoing effort to entice more residents to move to the downtown area. The state capital is currently experiencing a building boom, and one of the most exciting residential construction projects is the Fifth and West condominium tower. The building, once complete will be 39 stories and 448 feet tall, making it one of the tallest buildings downtown. Construction began in August, 2015, and is expected to be complete by Fall 2017.
