At Your Disposal (AYD) Waste Services Signs Multiple Recycling and Hauling Contracts

In the past month, seven different contractors and businesses signed recycling and waste hauling contracts with At Your Disposal (AYD) Waste Services, an Austin, Texas, dumpster rental and construction recycling company.

At Your Disposal (AYD) Waste Services, an Austin-based dumpster rental and construction recycling company, announced today that it has obtained waste management contracts with seven different contractors and businesses in the Austin area.

Four of the new contracts were with construction companies. “Austin’s population growth, and along with that, the demand for new construction, demolitions and building renovations, is keeping the contracts coming in,” observed Chuck Herb, owner of AYD Waste Services.

The Beck Group has approved AYD as its dumpster company during the renovation of the University of Texas at Austin Welch Hall West Wing, a 56,000 square foot academic building that is home to the College of Natural Sciences. The project is expected to last for 2 to 3 years, and AYD will be providing 40-yard roll-off dumpsters with regular waste hauling through the duration.

Flintco, LLC, signed a contract with AYD during its Phase II renovation project of Austin Community College (formerly the Highland Mall building). “This is a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) – certified job,” noted Herb. “This is a designation for buildings that are designed, built and operated in a way so as to minimize non-renewable energy use and reduce water usage, while providing a healthy setting in which to work or live.” For this renovation, AYD is starting off by supplying one 20-yard roll-off dumpster for trash. Once the project is in full swing, 40-yard roll-off dumpsters will be utilized.

John King Construction contracted with AYD to supply waste management during its construction of a new Starbucks in Cedar Park, Texas. AYD is supplying two 40-yard roll-off dumpsters with recycling and hauling twice a day.

Rand Construction contracted with AYD for one 30-yard comingled recycling dumpster during its project to renovate the office building of Univision, a local Spanish language television station.

The three additional contracts signed by AYD include the following: A contract with Precision Demolition to supply four 40-yard roll-off dumpsters to be hauled twice daily during the demolition of the old University of Texas at Austin Welch Hall West Wing; a one-year contract with retailer, Mattrezzz Guys, to supply a 40-yard co-mingled dumpster with two trash pick-ups a month; and a contract with Bio-One, a cleaning company specializing in crime and trauma scenes, to supply 40-yard dumpsters at all of its job sites.

“We provide comprehensive waste management services to a wide range of industries, as well as to private residences,” Herb said. “So whether you’re a contractor with a lot of construction debris, a property manager who needs long-term waste hauling, or a homeowner doing a remodeling project or basement cleanup, we offer the full range of rental dumpsters to accommodate all of your needs.”
