Lincoln Property Company awards Austin-based At Your Disposal Waste Services with waste management contract.
At Your Disposal Waste Services, LEED-certified waste management company, will enter a five-year contract with Lincoln Property Group beginning Mar. 2, 2019. With this contract, At Your Disposal Waste Services will provide waste management services to Chase Tower in downtown Austin, Texas. This 21-story property spans 391,500 square feet and provides office space for tenants including Procore and Metcalf.

Lincoln Property Company is moving away from their former waste management agreement, having cited delayed responsiveness and inability to deliver satisfactory customer service as the primary reasons for their decision to transition to a new company. Moving forward, At Your Disposal Waste Services will supply compactors and offer hauling services for Lincoln Property Company.
Under the new contract, At Your Disposal Waste Services will provide Lincoln Property Company with a custom self-contained compactor. This type of compactor is ideal for commercial use as it prevents liquids from leaking between the compactor and receiver box.
