In the past month, At Your Disposal (AYD) Waste Servicesan Austin, Texas, dumpster rental and construction recycling companyhas landed new contracts with four different building/demolition contractors, plus a property management company.

At Your Disposal Waste Services announced today that it has landed new contracts with four different building or demolition contractors, plus a property management company, all in the Austin area.

“The construction industry in Austin is still booming, and we’re here to help contractors and businesses in any way we can,” says Chuck Herb, owner of AYD Waste Services. “The typical new commercial construction project generates about 3.9 pounds of material waste for every square foot of building area. All of this needs to be continually cleaned-up, hauled off and properly disposed of. Many of these materials can be recycled and repurposed. These are the services we specialize in, that commercial contractors come to us for help with.”

Three of the contractors that have recently enlisted AYD’s services are commercial construction companies. Rand Construction is remodeling interior offices for  software company ESO Solutions and IT infrastructure provider Lithium Networks. Both of these are LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) – certified jobs. AYD has contracted with Rand and placed two 30-yard roll-off dumpsters at the ESO job site and one 40-yard roll-off dumpster at Lithium Networks. Waste will be picked up weekly and hauled away.

Custom home builder Austin Outline Company, signed four contracts with AYD for four different house construction projects. AYD has placed 30-yard roll-off dumpsters at each of these home sites.

Swinerton Builders contracted with AYD for waste management services during its renovation of Facebook’s offices in the Endeavor Building at 300 West 6th Streetin downtown Austin. AYD has placed one 40-yard roll-off dumpster at this location for comingled recycling. Additionally, Swinerton awarded a second contract to AYD for another 40-yard dumpster with comingled recycling, during its interior remodel of an office building at 701 West 51st Street in Austin.

The fourth contractor to enlist AYD’s services this past month is Precision Demolition. AYD is providing one 40-yard roll-off dumpster during Precision’s demolition of existing structures at the Austin Community College Highland Campus, where a large renovation project is in progress. AYD had already been under contract with Flintco Construction Solutions—the primary builder during this LEEDS-certified renovation project. Now AYD is also providing waste management services while demolition is underway.

In addition to providing services to four contractors, AYD has also been enlisted by property management company  Fairway Properties for the waste management of an apartment remodel off of Rio Grande Street in downtown Austin. One 20-yard dumpster has been placed on-site for comingled recycling.

“Whether you need daily hauling services during a long-term construction project or weekly waste pickup for a smaller remodeling job, we will get the construction and demolition debris out of your way so you can get on with your work,” Herb says. “Materials like concrete, wood, steel, tiling and drywall can be very difficult to haul off of a work site. We have the equipment and expertise to do the job quickly, safely and efficiently.”
