At Your Disposal (AYD) Waste Services, an Austin, Texas, dumpster rental and construction recycling company, has recently signed contracts to service six different building and remodeling projects in the Austin area.

Over and over again Austin, Texas, has been named one of the top “boom cities” in the United States in terms of population growth and new building construction. For At Your Disposal (AYD) Waste Services, this has led to a steady demand for its services. In just the past month, the Austin-based dumpster rental and construction recycling company has landed six new contracts.

Centennial Contractors Enterprises, Inc. (CCE) has sought AYD’s services for two different jobs. One is to provide a 30-yard roll-off dumpster during CCE’s construction of a new Integral Care medical facility at 1700 South Lamar Blvd. This dumpster is for commingled construction and demolition recycling, and it will be hauled daily. The second contract with CCE is to provide dumpster rentals during the renovation of the University of Texas at Austin building at 301 East Dean Keeton Street (which houses the Cockrell School of Engineering).

The Beck Group enlisted AYD’s services to provide one 20-yard and one 30-yard dumpster during construction of a three-story, 114,000 square feet office building and a four-level parking garage in East Austin. This facility will house the offices of Austin-based online marketing firm, Main Street Hub. Construction started this spring, and is expected to be completed by mid-2019. AYD expects to be providing waste services throughout the construction.

“The new Main Street Hub office complex is a LEED-certified construction project,” noted Chuck Herb, owner of AYD Waste Services. “LEED stands for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, and this is a designation for buildings that are designed, built and operated in a way so as to minimize non-renewable energy use and reduce water usage.”

Rand Construction contracted with AYD to provide waste disposal services during its interior remodel of the Frost Bank Financial Center at 501 Congress Avenue in downtown Austin. For this project, AYD is providing two 30-yard roll-off dumpsters for commingled recycling, and these will be swapped daily.

Facility Solutions Group is doing interior work at a new Açaí Hut restaurant at 1911 Aldrich Street in Austin’s Mueller district, and has contracted with AYD for the rental and hauling services of one 30-yard dumpster for comingled recycling.

Interior Specialists, Inc. (formerly HD Supply Interior Solutions) is doing a renovation of Family Eldercare, a retirement home at 1700 Rutherford Lane in Austin, and has rented a 30-yard roll-off dumpster from AYD for comingled recycling throughout the duration of the job.

These are just some of the most recent projects that AYD has started servicing. “We provide roll-off dumpster rentals and waste disposal services to companies throughout the metro Austin area,” says Herb. “So whether you’re a contractor with a lot of construction and demolition debris that needs to be regularly cleared away, or a business owner or property manager who is looking for long-term dumpster rentals, we will do whatever we can to accommodate all of your needs.”
